Electronic hand amputees turned to people 's sense of feeling

It created an electronic hand , which allows disabled people to feel through robotic fingers . " Scientists from Italy , Germany and Switzerland launched a project that will give them an opportunity to feel disabled person by touching again prosthesis " - says Professor Silvetro Micera . The biggest concern was not for the electronics , but the program that will allow the human brain to understand the response sensors . Using computer algorithms , electrical signals will be turned into a pulse that sensory nerves can understand .
Mr patient Aabo , have placed four electrodes on the nerves of the arm , which are associated with electronic hand . His first reaction was : " This is magic ! I can feel when closed hand !
He went on to say that : " The biggest change is when something catches up , you can feel what I'm doing , without seeing . Can I use hand in the dark . It was simple to use and provide the opportunity to feel if the objects were hard or soft , circular or square . "
Dr. . Alastair Ritchie , lecturer at the University of Nottingham , said that this technology will enable users to realize how strong the capture facility , and this is very important for delicate objects . Imagine you get an egg without feeling how hard you catch .
