Last Friday , the company announced that HTC will have no more debates about patents , after making trials everywhere . Companies have had a patent trial that was not yet known , and they have signed an agreement to collaborate on this patent . Details for cooperation are not yet made known , as called secret .
The company Nokia and HTC are looking for cooperation opportunities , to discover the future technology . Paul Melin , chief of Nokia company has said that they are happy to have reached a cooperation agreement with the company HTC , which has standard licenses and patents that Nokia company .
This deal makes the company Nokia patents valid , and gives an opportunity to focus on other licenses . The agreement shows that HTC has had difficulty winning the trial against Samsung company . In December the company said it would continue to work for their districts , and to solve their problems . The agreement is a new patent for the technology industry .
In January the company Samsung and the search engine Google have signed a 10 year agreement to share patents with each other . The company Samsung has the same agreement with the company Disco .
